AlumierMD™ CHEMICAL PEELS
Chemical peels are designed to gently resurface the skin by removing dead skin, stimulating new collagen and cell production, as well as, reducing fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, pigmentation, and uneven skin tone. Each peel ingredient is designed for different skin conditions and problems. Acids used in our chemical peels include; lactic acid, salicylic acid, and all peel procedures include a consultation prior to treatment to discuss your suitability to a specific peel or treatment. Once your peel has been completed you will be given a post procedure aftercare pack to prolong your treatment and help with recovery.

HYPER-CUSTOMISED PEELS
Aqua Infusion Mask
This peel is a lightweight, oil free lightweight mask that provides intense hydration by naturally increasing the skin’s ability to retain moisture with a blend of natural sugars, low molecular hyaluronic acid and natural moisturising factors (NMF’s). By soothing irritation and improving skin barrier function, pre treatment with Aqua Infusion Mask can prepare the skin for higher intensity in clinic chemical peels, boosting results. This peel contains lactic acid. This treatment is suitable for all skin conditions and most skin types Fitzpatrick I-VI.
Deep Moisture Mask
This intensely rich mask is ideal for dry, sensitive and irritated skin types, infusing moisture into the skin. This mask brings comfort and nourishment, resulting in hydrated, plump and glowing skin. This treatment does not contain lactic acid and is suitable for dry, sensitive, and irritated skin and Fitzpatrick Skin types I-VI.
Enzyme Retexturing Treatment
A highly effective, and gentle fruit enzyme resurfacing treatment for most skin types. It combines fruit enzymes (papain and bromelaine) to exfoliate dead skin cells and promote skin renewal. This treatment contains Lactic acid and is suitable for most skin conditions apart from acne. Ideal for Fitzpatrick skin types I-VI.
Refining Clay Mask
This highly absorbent mask, rich in naturally occurring clays and minerals cleanses and exfoliates skin whilst drawing out impurities. Rosa Canina fruit extract improves the appearance of oily skin and pore size while Lactic Acid and fruit enzymes enhance cellular turnover. Aloe and green tea soothe and protect, leaving the skin feeling fresh and clean.
This treatment contains lactic acid and is suitable for oily and acne prone skin. Suitable for Fitzpatrick Skin Types I-VI.

Lip Augmentation (also known as lip fillers) is a treatment to restore shape, volume and projection to the lip border and body. Multiple techniques can be used to create a bespoke treatment that meets each individuals needs.
A soft filler such as Vivacy Stylage S can be used to reduce and soften vertical rhytides (lip lines) due to ageing/smoking and sun damage. At GMA we used multiple techniques that include tenting to gain height, retro linear threads to achieve volume and the Russian technique to achieve height and volume.
Dermal Filler used: Vivacy Stylage S/Special Lips or Lip Plus.
Results: Immediate however swelling will be instantaneous and will usually settle between 24-72 hours. Bruising is likely. Aftercare packs are available at the Clinic which include arnica, lip balm and ice pack (£3).
Results last for 3-12 months.

CHEEK, CHIN AND JAW AUGMENTATION

This is an illusion created by adding filler strategically to reduce the appearance of jowls/double chin. Filler placed along the jaw bone defines the jaw to further add to your result giving a slimmer appearance. It does not dissolve fat. When treating the Jawline we often treat the chin at the same time, and due to this large surface area it is important to note that larger amounts of filler are required.
Dermal fillers can be injected into the chin to elongate and lengthen it, to achieve the perfect facial proportion, to project it forwards or downward or enhance to create the perfect ratio between nose, lips and chin.
Cheek fillers use dermal filler to contour the cheek bone and add volume to the cheek and face. This procedure is specifically important when treating mid face volume loss which is one of the first signs of ageing. The dermal filler is administered using a cannula or a needle depending on the treatment plan.

This treatment is a pioneering Mesotherapy product that contains a winning combination of cross-linked Hylauronic acid (dermal filler), and Mannitol. Migraines are typically described as a severe headache that usually feels like a strong pulsating headache on one side of the head. Some people experience dizziness, sickness, vomiting and light sensitivity as a side effect of their migraines making it extremely painful to go about their day.
The exact cause of migraines is unknown, but they are thought to be the result of abnormal brain activity temporarily affecting nerve signals, chemicals and blood vessels in the brain.
Some common causes of migraines may be certain drinks, hormonal changes in women, stress, sensory stimulation, sleep changes, physical factors, weather changes and certain medications.

Botulinum toxin is most known as an anti-ageing treatment. By preventing and treating lines and wrinkles the skin appears smoother, more youthful and rejuvenated. Botox™ is a nerve toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It has been safely used since 1980 for medicinal purposes in healthcare. However, in 2002 Botulinum Toxin Type A was FDA approved for cosmetic purposes. Shortly after its approval in 2006, it was considered the most popular cosmetic procedure worldwide. Botulinum Toxin works by blocking nerve signals to injected muscles, temporarily inactivating movement and preventing wrinkles from appearing and worsening.
Results from anti-wrinkle treatments generally last up to three to four months in initial stages of treatment. However, over time you should need fewer treatments to maintain results. There is no downtime following the procedure and the majority of patients can resume their normal activities immediately.

Vitamin B12 is a crucial vitamin that helps us function and maintain our day to day lives. A lack of B12 can cause extreme tiredness, fatigue, neurological symptoms, brain fog and a general malaise. We offer either a single dose of B12 or a course of 6 injections over 2 weeks. This is not suitable for pregnancy, a B12 deficiency with no identifiable cause, or kidney disease.
A full consultation will be offered prior to treatment.

A non-surgical nose job is a non-invasive technique used as an alternative to surgery. The filler is used to reshape the nose and straighten out any unwanted bumps and contour the overall shape of the nose. TEAR TROUGH FILLERS

Tear trough treatment is a popular treatment that involves the use of a smooth hyaluronic acid filler to reduce the appearance of loss of volume or dark under eye circles. A small cannula is used to precisely fill the area.
Please note: More than one treatment may be needed to achieve the desired result. This treatment is not suitable for people presenting with severe bags or under eye puffiness.

MARIONETTE AND NASO LABIAL FOLDS

The nasolabial folds (nose to mouth) and Marionette folds (mouth to the chin) are common signs of aging and losing volume in the mid face. A needle is passed into the dermal plane of the skin to ‘plump’ and smoothen the folds that happen due to the malar fat pads of the mid face ‘drooping’ with age.
Please be aware more than one syringe may be needed to achieve the desired appearance.

AQUALYX FAT DISSOLVING TREATMENT

Aqualyx is an injectable treatment, which targets and melts away stubborn pockets of fat in the body. It’s less invasive than liposuction and doesn’t require any anaesthesia
Aqualyx is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction. The active ingredient induces a process called lipolysis, where the fat cells rupture and die. The Desoxychol-acid breaks down the fat cell wall releasing the fatty acid that is stored within. The bodies lymphatic system removes the fatty liquid through the venous system, where it is then processed in the same way as fatty foods are digested. It is only suitable for stubborn pockets of fat that are resistant to exercise and diet. It is an additional treatment to add to a healthy diet and exercise regime.

MICROSCLEROTHERAPY

Microsclerotherapy is the gold standard treatment for thread veins and has been shown to be the most effective type of treatment for thread veins when carried out by skilled practitioners. Very fine micro needles are used to access the thread veins followed by the injection of diluted liquid sclerosant.
MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling is used to treat a variety of skin conditions that cause depressions in the skin, such as acne scarring, surgical scars, other scars, burns, enlarged pores, wrinkles, and stretch marks.
In order to see results, you should get at least 3–4 microneedling treatments that are spaced out every 4–6 weeks. Due to the nature of the treatment, your skin needs ample time to heal between treatments. For the average person, that will be around the one-month mark.
POLYNUCLEOTIDE THERAPY

Polynucleotides are a new concept of regenerative medicine, which promote cell turnover, improve skin elasticity and hydration, heal sun damaged skin, and improve photoaging and acne scarring, giving a more nourished, healthy, and revitalised complexion.
We can treat the whole face, neck, décolletage, or the eye area specifically. We can also target other areas of the body which are affected by ageing such as the abdomen, arms and knees. Initial treatment consists of three sessions, two weeks apart, followed by a further treatment around every six months for optimum results.
BIOTIN INJECTIONS

Biotin, also known as B7 or vitamin H, is a type of B complex vitamin that occurs naturally in a variety of foods, such as egg yolks, milk and dairy, legumes, nuts, avocados, bananas and organ meats like liver. Biotin helps support a healthy nervous system and improves the basic protein that makes up hair, skin and nails. This is why Biotin is known to help with hair growth and improve the general health of hair, skin and nails. It is also an important part of how enzymes in the body break down substances like fats, protein and carbohydrates into energy.
Benefits of Biotin include aiding in the prevention of hair loss, promotion of hair and nail growth, and improvement of skin conditions and blood glucose levels.
JOINT INJECTIONS

The main purpose of a steroid injection is to decrease pain and increase movement and use of the affected area. Steroid injections are usually well tolerated and much less likely than steroid tablets to cause serious side-effects.
Steroid injections can give relief within hours and can then be effective for 3-6 months or even longer. A local anaesthetic may be combined with the steroid in the injection to reduce any discomfort of the injection. If the injected joint or soft tissue is painful after the injection, then simple painkillers like paracetamol will help.
We offer corticosteroid injections as well as OSTENIL® sodium hyaluronate, as well as a combination of both. The most commonly treated areas are the knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and thumb, and foot and toes.
